I am a former engineer and then Montessori educator. Through my diverse career, I believe the education field still stands a chance and can be adjusted to reflect the consciousness of modern society. I am passionate about learning and this continues to shape how I work with clients. Non-Violent Communication, Qigong and coaching have enabled me to approach all people I relate to with the courage to express my authentic self. After acquiring ACC coaching credentials with International Coach Federation I am also able to use coaching in the classroom, with teenagers, who I believe need all these skills more than anyone else.

I want to change the constrictions of the education field and break the barriers of human communication.

DALIDA TURKOVIc, BMC founder AND bmc ACADEMY FOUNDER

Through the time of inner struggles - grief from seeing my country fall apart, confusion, failed relationships and addictions - I found my own calling, became a coach and the founder of Small Steps Consultancy Company which is now the sponsor of the Beijing Mindfulness Centre. The aim of the centre is to provide a safe place for foreigners and Chinese nationals returning from their studies or work to live in Beijing. Fast-paced life and constant changes that are happening in Beijing can often make us feel lonely, confused, depressed and insecure. BMC is the place where you can sit quietly or give space to your vulnerability and let the present moment lead the way.

I want to share the gifts of mindfulness and coaching with all who are willing to see life setbacks as a spiritual practice.
