Words from our Founder
At the Beijing Mindfulness Center, we have a holistic approach focused on mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. We teach secular mindfulness and mindfulness-based practice. We see all facets of life as opportunities to expand mindfulness, believing that happiness and fulfilment are attainable for each and every one of us. Our classes are open to beginners with no experience to those interested in advanced practices.

“Life changing! I joined Mindful Mothers because I wanted to be a better mother to my child. I thought it was the most important thing I could do for him. After a few sessions, I realized that it is the most important thing I can do for myself. I enjoy parenting more, but I also learn to enjoy life and its many challenges more.”
“The first time I attended BMC non-violent communication workshop felt like an epiphany. This was the first time I had the opportunity to be in touch with my deep emotions and to directly apply what I was learning to my life, in this case, my relationship with my partner. I arrived full of anger and left at peace. After that workshop I kept coming, every week for 6 months, during private sessions with Dalida and for other workshop and yoga sessions. BMC completely transformed the way I am handling my every day life and how I am taking care of myself, mentally, physically and spiritually. For this, I’ll be forever grateful. ”
"I love that we have a mindfulness community here in Beijing, brought together by the BMC. The workshops and classes held at the BMC have helped me not only to grasp the basics of mindfulness and meditation, but also to learn how to open up and share my experiences, how to be more connected with myself and with those around, and how to have more compassion towards myself and towards others. I love the sense of community and security that the BMC has created. In the little cosy courtyard, we all come together to share, listen, learn, and grow, and we take that with us into our daily lives, our relationships and daily interactions."
"Living in metropolitan Beijing, juggling a demanding job and raising twin boys, I needed a reminder to practice mindfulness and find the Quiet and Beauty in the small things. I started my mindful journey with my mom while in my twenties, and in my early forties I had forgotten to listen to the voices and the child within me. Dalida reminded me how valuable daily practices of mindfulness are, of the importance of giddy humor, and with her guidance and loving kindness I not only found myself back on my path, but I also met a wonderful community of people. I am truly grateful for the Beijing Mindfulness Center and cannot recommend it enough to anyone who is need of being a little bit more present in life."
"For those seeking information and guidance on Mindfulness, Beijing Mindfulness Center is a sanctuary in the bustling metropolis of China's capital. There you will find a sincere and heartfelt approach to meditation and coaching. I feel so lucky to have found this place of peace."
