At the Beijing Mindfulness Center, we have a holistic approach focused on mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. We teach secular mindfulness and mindfulness-based practice. We see all facets of life as opportunities to expand mindfulness, believing that happiness and fulfilment are attainable for each and every one of us. Our classes are open to beginners with no experience to those interested in advanced practices.

This Workshop is a two day introduction to NVC. While more advanced students are welcome, the class is especially impactful for beginners who would like to deepen their understanding of NVC and learn how to can immediately improve the quality of our lives.
