Self-Care Reset with Joanna Cheung

Welcome, everyone! Thank you so much for joining me last week for our one-year mark of the healthcare reset. I am truly grateful for your presence and participation. Whether we have met or not, your showing up has made all the difference. May 25th is known as "wu er wu" in Chinese, which translates to "I love myself". This day of self-love is something worth celebrating and that's exactly what inspired this program.

I created this community to honor the importance of self-love and self-care. We all deserve to be recognized, seen and loved – it's essential to our well-being as humans. That's why I wanted to offer this practice to everyone, completely free of charge. We'll spend some time meditating and reflecting together, all from the comfort of wherever you are in the world.

It's the perfect way to transition from a busy week and just sit in a trusted circle. We'll start with some guided meditation and then I'll share my thoughts on a topic that matters to me. This week, as we mark one year together, we reflect on all the growth and appreciation we've experienced.

These are all tools that have helped me on my journey and I want to share them with anyone who is looking for some guidance. Of course, if you're interested in deepening your practice, I am available for coaching and mindfulness teachings. But for now, let's just enjoy this time together and celebrate the power of self-love. Thank you all again for being here – and check out recordings of our previous sessions inspired by the theme of self care.
