At BMC we deliver regular classes and workshops related to mindfulness, non-violent communication and psychology

We also provide 1:1 coaching, programs for leaders, families and schools, as well as BMC mindfulness coach certification programs for coaches and mindfulness practitioners.

Silent Meditation

This is a silent event. Enter the yard mindfully and begin to meditate if you arrive earlier. 

The door opens at 19.20

Please arrive by 19.30

We will close the doors at 19.45 and begin to meditate

Take your shoes before you enter the Conscious Room (our meditation room)

If you are allergic to cats or dogs please take your medicine

We know you have a busy schedule and even if you want to attend this session other priorities may come up. Thank you for letting us know if you cannot attend. That will help us to arrange the space.


This session is for you if you would like to:


  • Meditate in a group

  • Experience sitting for 1 hour

  • Meditate with our senior staff Simba the Dog and Joy the Cat who enter deep meditation state once the group settles and we begin to breathe together
