This is a 8-weeks program starting on March 10th with the last session on April 28th
Mindfulness is often perceived as a practice that enables us to calm down and de-stress which is often enough to create curiosity and initiate the practice. However, once we reach the level of relaxation practice creates measurable changes in brain regions associated with memory, sense of self, empathy and stress. Through the research in the field of neuroscience, it is observed that eight weeks of 20 minutes daily practice will provide a measurable change in brain’s gray matter.
Over eight weeks we will cover key practices in mindfulness and support each other in maintaining the daily 20 minutes practice. Sessions can be attended individually.
Attendance of all sessions are required for the BMC Practitioner and Mindfulness Coach certification.
