To honour motherhood is to recognize and celebrate its beauty and vastness. To give life to another and to ones-self. A Mindful Mother is a woman who desires fullness, grounding, and expression. The Mindful Mother sessions support mothers to be, new mothers and mothers who are ready to claim their own time and needs as children are stepping into their independence. The sessions are delivered through combination of mindfulness practice, meditation, coaching and group support.
