The series of programs are for practitioners interested to deepen their mindfulness skills (beginners and long term practitioners).

This program will enable you to :

  • Explore mindfulness for calm, emotional awareness, self-acceptance, curiosity and positivity

  • Establish regular practice

  • Deepen the understanding of the practice and

  • Apply mindfulness in the personal and professional life

NEW PATHWAYS online

Mindfulness is often perceived as a practice that enables us to calm down and de-stress which is often enough to create curiosity and initiate the practice. Through the research in the field of neuroscience it is observed that eight weeks of 20 minutes daily practice will provide measurable change in brain’s gray matter.

This is an open for registration for all practitioners interested in establishing a regular practice.

Weeks 1 & 2: Overview of Meditation and different meditation styles

Weeks 3 & 4: Practice focus on calming the mind

Weeks 5 & 6: Practice focus on body awareness

Weeks 7 & 8: Practice focus on emotional balance

Introduction to NON-VIOLENT COMMUNICATION

Non Violent Communication is an art of life that invites us to create and maintain authentic and deep relationships with ourselves and with others, through the channel of words, those we create in our head, those that go out from our mouth and those that come into our ears. It is a process that offers the possibility to slow down and change the focus of our daily conversations from “what is wrong” to “what is alive”.

Topics include: Basic concepts of Non-Violence, the language of feelings and needs, the philosophy of ‘connect before correct’

This is a full day residential program delivered by Julia Feste

EMBODIED MINDFULNESS - online

Survival is the computing mind’s default operating system which often results in observation of what doesn’t work and where we need to improve. This default negativity will keep us under stress and in alert states, often without a reasonable cause. Mindfulness practice helps us to shift thinking patterns into positivity, curiosity, positivity, gratitude and loving kindness which bring multitude of benefits confirmed through the research in neuroscience.

This is a six weeks program (formerly known as Applied Mindfulness), delivered online. Registration is open for non-certification participants as well.
