Mindful eating workshops bring insight into what mindful eating is, how to enhance sensitivity of our taste buds, and connect with our eating companions. The main goal of the mindful eating practice is to disengage from thinking and expand awareness of the feeling process, i.e. connect with our bodies and allow emotions to guide us into the experience of the meal.

We join forces for a mindful eating workshop with Farm 2 Neighbors for "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution" on the last Tuesday evening of every month.
