Times: Thursdays 7 - 8:30pm

Mind-body awareness is the pillar of mindfulness practice. This practice is for those who are feeling disconnected with their bodies and are looking for a way to deepen awareness through conscious movement practices. Once a practitioner is able to observe subtle changes that happen on a physical and emotional level and meet those changes with loving kindness, the experience of present moment awareness reaches new dimensions. The practice includes qigong, mindful walking and meditation.
