  • Start your mindfulness practice
  • Calm and be at ease
  • Connect with like-minded people and receive support

Membership fee:

1000RMB/3 months

Includes:

Free Mindful Monday sessions

One free coaching session (delivered by Dalida) 

Plan 2: Awareness

Non-judgmental awareness is the pillar of the mindfulness practice. This plan will help you to:

  • Work on specific life habits and addictions
  • Improve your decision-making skills
  • Address specific personal or professional topics with coaching

Membership fee:

2000RMB/3 months

Includes:

Free Mindful Monday sessions

A free monthly mindfulness coaching session with Dalida

 

 Plan 3: Compassion

Compassion and Loving-Kindness give depth to the mindfulness practice. This plan will help you to:

  • Boost your personal and professional growth with mentor-coaching support
  • Contribute to the mindfulness community and support BMC
  • Share your skills with the community and enhance your teaching methodology

Membership fee: 2800RMB/6 months and 5000RMB/one year

Includes:

Free Mindful Monday sessions

Free use of the space for personal meditation – depends on the availability

Coaching support as needed (maximum once a week)
