The Beijing Mindfulness Centre is dedicated to providing a safe and inspiring environment for learning and growth in all of our students’ mindfulness journeys. Our classes are open to diverse audience from beginners with no experience to those interested in advanced retreats and practices.
Our vision is to foster authenticity, diversity and creativity and create a dynamic environment for practitioners with diverse backgrounds. Through mindfulness and integrated wellness, we engage and work with students from all walks of life. We promote a holistic approach focused on mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. We see all facets of life as opportunities to expand mindfulness and we believe that happiness and fulfilment are attainable for each and every one of us. Growth mindset, curiosity, positivity, self-awareness and non-judgment are our guiding values.
